The statement of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Artsakh has been distributed at the OSCE regarding the targeted actions of Azerbaijan and Turkey aimed at undermining peace initiatives to cease military operations.
In the statement, it is particularly emphasized: "The vicious circle created by Azerbaijan, which includes numerous verbal promises to halt fire while simultaneously continuing armed aggression, can be broken by the international recognition of the independence of the Republic of Artsakh and the application of sanctions against Azerbaijan, including individual sanctions against the country's top leadership."
