Azerbaijan's Territorial Claims Over Artsakh Lack International Legal Basis: Pashinyan
Artsakh has never been part of independent Azerbaijan, and Azerbaijan's territorial claims over Artsakh lack an international legal basis. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his Twitter microblog.
"Prevent genocide, recognize Artsakh," the Prime Minister added.
