Moscow Disagrees with Ankara's Position on the Nagorno-Karabakh Issue, Says Lavrov
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Lavrov, has stated that he disagrees with Turkey's position regarding the military resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
“We do not agree with the position expressed by Turkey, which President Aliyev has reiterated several times. There is no secret here: we cannot share the claims that the conflict has a military solution. Moscow supports the view that a peaceful settlement of the conflict is the only viable option for Nagorno-Karabakh,” Lavrov said.
