Talish is the most affected village from the war, says Artsakh Human Rights Defender
Talish village is the most affected village in the Azerbaijan-Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war. This was stated by the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, on his Twitter microblog.
“It was captured and burned by Azerbaijan back in the 1900s, then destroyed in 2016, and now has again been captured,” wrote Beglaryan.
Anush Ghavalyan, a representative of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, also stated that her parents and brother were in Talish until September 27.
“This photo of the village monument speaks more than any words: Are further evidence of the vandalism and terrorism carried out by Azerbaijan against Artsakh really necessary?” wrote Ghavalyan.
It is worth recalling that on September 27, Azerbaijani armed forces launched a large-scale assault in Artsakh, also targeting the civilian population.
