We Have Concrete Obligations to Armenia, Putin
Armenia is a member of the CSTO, and we have concrete obligations to Armenia within the framework of that treaty. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview with Rossiya 24.
Putin mentioned that Moscow has always fulfilled, is fulfilling, and will continue to fulfill its obligations. “I am in constant contact with the Prime Minister of Armenia, and there have been no questions regarding the fulfillment of Russia's allied obligations from Armenia's side,” he added.
