At Least 50-60 Percent of Residents Remain in Stepanakert
At least 50-60 percent of residents currently remain in the city of Stepanakert, with only children, the elderly, and the sick having been evacuated.
This was stated by the Vice Mayor of Stepanakert during a press conference held earlier.
He noted that the municipal authorities are primarily providing food and warm clothing to the residents of Stepanakert.
