Russian and Iranian Foreign Ministers Discuss Escalation of Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict

They highlighted the dangerous involvement of armed extremist groups from Syria and Libya in the conflict zone. It was noted that there is no alternative to a diplomatic solution, which should begin with an unconditional ceasefire.
