Army Command Continues to Conduct Operations Professionally: Vahram Poghosyan

To avoid unnecessary speculation, I would like to clarify that the Defense Army has withdrawn troops from certain directions on the front lines for tactical purposes. This is to: a) avoid unnecessary casualties, and b) inflict greater damage on enemy forces. In both respects, the achievements are significant.

The army command continues to conduct operations professionally, and the day is not far when we will see how the disorganized enemy army is retreating in panic. The decision has already been made; we will not stop.
