Azerbaijan Deliberately Targeted Emergency Situations Ministry Building: A Violation of International Norms

By striking the building of the Emergency Situations Service in Artsakh, Azerbaijan has clearly targeted a humanitarian organization, resulting in injuries to 7 individuals, including civil servants and other citizens. This was stated by the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, during a meeting with journalists.

According to him, the attack on the emergency situations building is a gross violation of international humanitarian law and constitutes a clearly executed war crime by Azerbaijan.

The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh asserted that Azerbaijan deliberately targeted the Emergency Situations Ministry's building.
