Men Needed Who Are Not Subject to Draft and Ready to Assist with Labor Work, Says Artsakh Ministry of Urban Development
The Artsakh Information Headquarters has released a statement from the Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh, which reads as follows:
- Volunteers aged 16-17 are needed.
- Men who are not subject to the draft and are willing to assist with labor work are needed; we have a demand for workforce.
