Checkpoints Implemented for Travel to Artsakh Starting Today: NSS

The National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia informs that as of October 1st, checkpoints have been established, therefore the movement of all individuals and vehicles heading to the Republic of Artsakh will be ensured exclusively with the presence of relevant documents.

People who have the appropriate registrations under the mobilization framework of the defense system and whose departure is initiated by the territorial military commissariats will have access to enter the Republic of Artsakh through these checkpoints.

Simultaneously, it is announced that all volunteers who are not registered for various legal reasons but still wish to travel and participate in combat operations must obtain written permission from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

The NSS calls on all citizens to ensure absolute compliance with this crucial requirement.
