Live: Court Reviews Motion on Gagik Tsarukyan's Detention
In the Central District Court of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan, the motion for the detention of Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), is being reviewed today, September 23.
It is important to note that Gagik Tsarukyan, who was deprived of parliamentary immunity, is accused of distributing bribes during the 2017 elections.
Additionally, it should be mentioned that the first-instance court had previously rejected the National Security Service's (NSS) motion for his detention.
