Illegal Construction Reported at Shiraz 53 in Gyumri

At Shiraz 53 in Gyumri, construction has been carried out without a permit from the municipality, and the owner has engaged in illegal building activities. This was reported by the Gyumri Municipality.

“Dear residents of Gyumri, in response to your alerts, we inform you that the 'Hay Aspet' hotel at the address of Shiraz 53 belongs to citizen Marina Bazaeva. No construction permit has been issued by the municipality for this address, and the owner has indeed undertaken illegal building activities.

The relevant departments of the municipality are addressing this issue, and staff members have been visiting the address regularly, but the door has been closed, and the owner does not respond to phone calls. We want to inform you that a notice has been posted on the building door requesting the owner to appear at the municipality on Monday. Currently, the construction work has been halted.

There is no need to be concerned, as the issue is under our attention, and we will resolve it in accordance with the letter of the law.”
