Israel Hakobkhoqyann Ends Hunger Strike
The boxing world champion Israel Hakobkhoqyann, who declared an indefinite hunger strike near the statue of Garegin Nzhdeh in central Yerevan, has ended his hunger strike today, August 18.
Israel Hakobkhoqyann had been on hunger strike for 6 days. The protest was directed against the Istanbul Convention, the Lanzarote Convention, the exploitation of Amulsar, and several other issues.
