The Grinder Broke and Went Into a Child's Head: Condition Evaluated as Critical

A 15-year-old boy has been admitted to the Saint Astvatsamayr Medical Center after sustaining severe bodily injuries while working with an angular grinder. The grinder broke during use and ended up lodged in the child's head. This information was shared by the hospital's spokesperson, Gevorg Derzyan, on his Facebook page.

The boy has undergone surgery to remove the foreign object. Although he is conscious, he is currently in the intensive care unit under strict medical supervision. He has open penetrating cranial injuries, as well as multiple fractured bones in the nose, forehead, ethmoid bone, and the medial wall of the right orbit. There is also a contusive hemorrhagic focus in the frontal lobe. Doctors have assessed his condition as critical.
