Tragic Incident in Syunik: Young Man Found Hanged from a Tree in Backyard

Today, on August 4, a tragic incident occurred in the Syunik region. SHAMSHYAN.com reports that around 19:45, the emergency situation ministry's rescue service and the operational management centers of the Police of Syunik region received a call regarding the presence of a young man's body hanging from a tree in the garden of a house in the village of Khoznavar, Goris region.

A police operational team from the Goris division, as well as the No. 55 firefighting and rescue unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, arrived at the scene with one combat crew. Before the rescuers arrived, police and citizens managed to lower the body of 25-year-old E.G., a resident of the same address, from the tree.

Currently, a group from the Syunik regional investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia is working at the scene. Investigative materials are being prepared regarding the incident.
