Materials Are Being Prepared to Reinstate an Employee, This Is a Mockery of the Law Says Sahakyan
“Mr. Vanetsyan was invited to provide explanations and as far as we understand, materials are being prepared regarding the reinstatement of an employee. I consider this a mockery of the law, as according to the law, after reaching the age of 50, one can be extended for another 5 years, which has been done. The individual has been reinstated in compliance with the law,” said Arthur Vanetsyan’s lawyer, Lusine Sahakyan, during a conversation with reporters.
According to her, there is an intention to initiate a criminal case, but it is very surprising since there is no such provision in the criminal code. “Even if the law had been violated, it cannot lead to criminal liability. With this, the state confirms that there is no basis for initiating any criminal case against Mr. Vanetsyan and they have reached a point where they are trying to initiate a criminal case and carry out persecution in this manner.”
According to her information, this concerns the reinstatement of an employee, which has resulted in a significant amount of money being reinvested into the state budget.
