— Salaries of the Chief of Staff’s Assistant and Experts of the Faction, Parliamentary Group: 297,630 AMD.
— Salary of a paid assistant to the Member of the National Assembly: 198,420 AMD + monthly bonuses.
— In the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, the mandatory conscript soldiers serving at the border earn 0 AMD, while contract soldiers earn 120,000 to 180,000 AMD.
Here is the reality we live in, here is the disproportion in our reality: one protects the border with a weapon in hand in rain, heat, and frost, while the other accumulates wealth by doing nothing on a comfortable leather, warm couch (of course, my words are not directed at everyone).
Dear Mr. Prime Minister, I propose to create a fund, or if there is one, to triple or quadruple it and open accounts for our soldiers who undergo mandatory military service for two years. Let’s set the salaries of our contract soldiers to at least 500,000 AMD + bonuses, and provide numerous benefits (loan, social, economic). I am sure that with will and desire, my proposal is realistic.
A question will arise as to where to provide those funds? The answer lies in the monthly bonuses of high-ranking officials working in the state apparatus.
P.S. I inform you that I will soon present the salaries and monthly bonuses of other high-ranking officials in the state apparatus.”
