COVID-19 Cases in Turkey Reach 205,758
As of July 5, Turkey has reported the death of 19 individuals due to COVID-19. This information was shared by Turkey's Minister of Health, Fahrettin Koca, on his official Twitter account, as reported by Ermenihaber.
The Minister noted that in the last 24 hours, 46,414 tests were conducted, resulting in 1,148 new confirmed cases of the virus. During the same period, there were 19 reported deaths and 1,188 recoveries.
According to official data, a total of 180,680 patients have recovered from the pandemic so far, while 1,127 patients remain in intensive care units. Overall, Turkey has recorded a total of 205,758 confirmed cases of infection and 5,225 deaths. The number of tests conducted has reached 3,630,480.
