137 Violations of Isolation or Self-Isolation Rules Detected Since State of Emergency Declaration
The police, in collaboration with relevant authorities, are monitoring isolation and self-isolation locations. This information has been reported by the Police of Armenia.
Since the declaration of a state of emergency, a total of 137 violations of isolation or self-isolation rules have been identified, with one case reported yesterday: a resident of Ijevan left her home for domestic reasons. An official report has been drawn up regarding this incident.
Violating the rules of isolation or self-isolation may lead to legal consequences in accordance with the law. For instance, if such violations result in the infection of other individuals or inadvertently cause severe harm to someone's health or even death, various penalties have been established, including imprisonment.
