Government Eases Student Loan Terms

The government has established more favorable terms for the issuance of student program loans with a new decision. According to the justification, besides the guarantor of the borrowing student’s parent or guardian, it is also possible to provide guarantees from other individuals.

As a result of the initiative, students studying for over four years will have the opportunity to receive more than four partial loans during their studies, with each partial loan amounting to no more than 800,000 drams, considering that tuition fees have increased at universities.
