Citizens to Be Required to Wear Only Medical Masks, Which Are More Expensive
As already known, wearing masks will be mandatory in all public open and closed spaces starting from May 25. Those who do not wear masks will face fines starting from 10,000 drams. This decision has clearly sparked outrage among many; however, the worst is yet to come.
According to reports, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia and the state of emergency commission are currently discussing a requirement that citizens must only wear special medical masks, which are more expensive than regular masks. Our source indicates that this decision is likely to come into effect in the coming month.
