Agreement Reached to Send Medical Supplies to the USA in the Name of the People of Artsakh, Says David Melkumyan

David Melkumyan, the leader of the Artsakh Democratic Party faction in the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, announced on his Facebook page: "I would like to inform that as a result of constructive discussions with the heads of relevant state institutions— the Speaker of Parliament, the Prime Minister, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs— an agreement has been reached to send medical supplies produced in Artsakh to California, to assist our friendly people in the USA and our compatriots in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. The assistance, of course, will not be substantial and will be symbolic in nature, but with this, the Republic of Artsakh will join the global fight against the COVID-19 pandemic within its capabilities. I would like to thank political scientist Suren Sarksyan for the idea."
