Two New Confirmed Coronavirus Cases in Georgia Traced Back to Armenia
The director of the therapeutic department at the infectious disease hospital in Tbilisi, Marina Ezugbayian, stated that the two new confirmed cases of coronavirus in Georgia have "come from Armenia." This was reported by Aliq.ge.
According to the information, the new patients are truck drivers. "They came from Armenia and underwent testing in Georgia. One of them is an Armenian citizen and is currently in our clinic in satisfactory condition. The other is most likely a citizen of Georgia," said Ezugbayian.
The total number of infected individuals in Georgia is 921, with 781 having recovered and 14 fatalities recorded.
