Someone Has Decided to Work as 'Green' at the Expense of Yerevan's Green Spaces: Garegin Miskaryan

Garegin Miskaryan, a member of the Citizens' Decision Social Democratic Party, wrote on his Facebook page: 'Dear residents and beloved Yerevan City Hall, a new building is being constructed on the left bank of the Hrazdan Gorge, 500-600 meters downstream from the Kiev Bridge, where there is neither a visible project posted nor any information about the construction company, nor the magical words banner of “A More Improved Yerevan.” I assume that the structure is illegal and someone has decided to work as “green” at the expense of Yerevan's already scarce green spaces.
