The head of the Passport and Visa Department of the Police of Armenia, Mkhitaryan Bichakhchyan, announced on his Facebook page: "Today, with deep sorrow, I learned that the head of the Martuni passport office, our beloved and respected Saro, has passed away due to the unfortunate coronavirus. He brought life, joy, friendship, and warmth to those around him. Dear Saro, a truly remarkable person and friend, may you rest in peace."
