Control in Shengavit: Significant Decrease in Violations Recorded

Experts from the State Inspectorate of Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety continue to implement monitoring and control in various administrative districts of the capital in accordance with the decree of the Prime Minister of Armenia dated June 3, 2020, N 110, alongside units of the Police of Armenia.

On June 24, a regular monitoring and control operation was conducted in the Shengavit administrative district to check compliance with anti-epidemic rules in public transport. The inspection revealed a small number of violations and shortcomings. Specifically, in regular and irregular transport vehicles, there was a vehicle found without disinfectant liquid, and in the case of taxi vehicles, a driver was again found not wearing a mask.

Administrative violation reports were compiled for these cases. Despite the reduction in the number of reported violations across the republic, the inspectors continue to actively conduct preventive, explanatory, and awareness-raising activities in all administrative districts of the capital and regions of Armenia, aiming to ensure full compliance with safety rules throughout the public transport system.
