Surprise Inspections in the Avan Administrative District
On June 23, under the state of emergency legal regime, employees of the Environmental and Mining Inspection Body, accompanied by the police, conducted surprise inspections in the Avan administrative district of Yerevan.
As a result of observations at tourist sites and green areas, a significant decrease in violations has been recorded—there were no irregular queues or human congestion at ticket offices, and visitors in green zones wore masks while exercising citizens maintained social distance.
To reduce the risk of the pandemic spread, inspection body employees urged visitors to follow the norms established by the RA Prime Minister’s decisions, provided disposable masks, and called for frequent changes of masks.
Starting early in the morning, monitoring activities will continue in the capital and all regions of Armenia.
