Russia Understands Leaders' Absence from Victory Parade
Russia is understanding of the fact that leaders from several countries, including Croatian President Zoran Milanović, are unable to travel to Moscow to participate in tomorrow's Victory Parade. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, according to РИА Новости.
“You know, we, of course, understand the messages from several state leaders and governments that they would definitely like to come and had confirmed their intention to participate in the events earlier, but, for various reasons, they cannot come. At the same time, the reasons are undoubtedly mainly related to the regime of restrictions that are still in place in certain countries,” Peskov told reporters.
