New Trash Bins Installed in Yerevan as Collection Points Closed

In the Nor Nork district, 15 trash collection points have been closed in the last two months following discussions between the district administration and residents. This information was shared by the press secretary of the Yerevan mayor, Hakob Karapetyan, on Facebook.

“The trash collection points are under the management of apartment owners; however, the city authorities encourage their closure as they are sources of unsanitary conditions. In place of the closed collection points, a sufficient number of new trash bins are being installed nearby the buildings.
