The Penitentiary Service Requests to Overturn the Court's Decision to Keep Kocharyan at Izmirlian Medical Center
The Penitentiary Service has submitted a petition to the Administrative Court requesting the annulment of the decision to keep Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharyan, at the Izmirlian Medical Center until the end of the coronavirus pandemic. This information has been communicated to the media by the public relations department of the Armenian Ministry of Justice's Penitentiary Service.
It is noted that the Administrative Court had earlier granted Robert Kocharyan's request for interim measures, deciding to allow him to remain at the Izmirlian Medical Center until the end of the new strain of the coronavirus pandemic.
