Explosion in Tavush: 30-Year-Old Woman Hospitalized

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, an extraordinary event occurred in Tavush Province on May 7. At around 8:00 PM, the Noyemberyan Medical Center notified the Noyemberyan police department that a citizen had been admitted for medical assistance with "gunshot and blast injuries to the upper and lower extremities."

As reported by Shamshyan.com, police discovered that the injured party, 30-year-old Anush M., is a resident of the Berdavan community of Noyemberyan. While doctors were attending to the wounded individual, Noyemberyan police clarified that around 6:00 PM, Anush M. had thrown an object resembling a mine in the area known as "Mistrest" located within the administrative boundaries of Berdavan, which detonated upon contact with the ground.

As a result of the explosion, she sustained bodily injuries, and one of her four heads of cattle died, while three others suffered shrapnel injuries. Investigative materials are being prepared by the Tavush regional investigative department of the Armenian Investigative Committee regarding the incident.
