24 Vehicles Transferred to Secured Area

On the evening of April 30, officers from the Road Police's patrol service and accompanying special unit conducted enhanced operations in the capital to ensure road traffic safety. Cars belonging to 24 drivers, who exhibited disrespectful behavior towards other road participants and grossly violated traffic rules, were transferred to the secured area of the Road Police.

Two of the vehicles were operating with expired license plates, another two had no mandatory insurance contracts, one vehicle was under investigation, and two drivers were lacking driving licenses. “During the enhanced operation, two vehicles and two motorcycles were also discovered operating without license plates, which were also transported to the secured area. The exhaust systems of two of the vehicles had been modified for louder operation. Additionally, four vehicles with tinted windshields were identified. Documentation of the violations was processed, and reports were compiled. The Road Police's ongoing measures are daily, thus we urge the strict adherence to traffic rules, avoiding excessive self-confidence,” stated the police report.
