Tragic Car Accident in Kotayk: Lada Priora and ВАЗ 2106 Collide Head-On, Drivers Killed

Today, April 23, a major and tragic car accident occurred in the Kotayk region. Around 18:00, on the Hirazdan-Hankavan highway, vehicles ВАЗ and Lada Priora collided head-on in the administrative territory of the village of Aghavnadzor. This was reported by Shamshyan.com.

As a result of the collision, the ВАЗ vehicle veered off the road and ended up in a gorge. Both drivers died on the spot due to the accident. The bodies of the deceased were extracted from the vehicles by rescuers, road police, and citizens, and were promptly transported to the medical center in Hrazdan by an emergency team that arrived at the scene.

The police and the investigative department are working to identify the deceased drivers.
