6-Year-Old Child Transferred from Batumi Tests Positive for Coronavirus
Three new patients have been transferred to the Infectious Diseases Clinic of Tbilisi, one of whom is a 6-year-old child. One of the patients is part of a cluster from the National Bank of Georgia, while the other two are linked to cases in Batumi. One of the patients is a 30-year-old man, whose condition is reported to be satisfactory. The child's 40-year-old mother has also contracted the virus, and their condition is stable as well. Other family members, including the father and another child, have been moved to quarantine in Batumi.
According to Aliq.ge, there are currently a total of 16 infected individuals at the Bochoroashvili Clinic, seven of whom are minors, with two requiring special attention. The condition of two patients at the infectious diseases hospital is also serious.
