Judge Assigned to Kocharyan's Case is Unwell, Court Session Will Not Proceed

“We, the defense, will attend the court session, but Robert Kocharyan will not be present as he is still at Erebuni Medical Center and is continuing his treatment,” stated Robert Kocharyan’s attorney, Hovhannes Khudoyan, in an interview with 24News.

The attorney noted that there have been positive changes in Kocharyan's health condition.

Regarding the court session, the attorney mentioned that they have information that Judge Anna Danibekyan is unwell and will not attend the court session, and therefore, it is possible that the hearing may not take place.

It is noteworthy that during the court session on March 17, former Prime Ministers of Armenia Vazgen Manukyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Karen Karapetyan, and former Prime Minister of Artsakh Anushavan Danielyan were to present proposals to change Kocharyan's bail conditions with personal guarantees.
