Viva-MTS Service Centers to Temporarily Close

Viva-MTS announces that due to the current situation in the country and with a continuous concern for the health and wellbeing of its subscribers and the public, the Company’s service centers will be temporarily closed starting March 17, 2020.

Necessary information about our services and product offerings can also be obtained from the company’s official website at www.mts.am, on this Facebook page, and for additional inquiries regarding phone numbers, tariff plans, and other matters, you can use the “My Viva-MTS” mobile app, which can be downloaded here ▶️.

If you have questions, including those related to your SIM card, you can reach out via personal messages on Facebook Messenger, through an email via the website, or by calling the Viva-MTS hotline. Information can also be obtained with the help of the commands list by sending *130#.

The company’s hotline remains available 24/7. You can connect to the hotline from Viva-MTS phone numbers by calling 111. If you are roaming, you can reach the hotline at +374 93 297111 (free for Viva-MTS subscribers). For fixed and cloud services, call 060 61 00 00.

We also inform you that due to the situation, payment deadlines for postpaid services will be extended until April 16.
