Mntzakam Bichakhchyan Removed from Position of Head of Passport and Visa Department
The Acting Chief of Police of Armenia, Arman Sargsyan, has issued an order removing Mntzakam Bichakhchyan from his position as the head of the Passport and Visa Department of the Police of Armenia. He has been transferred to the police personnel reserve.
It is recalled that Mntzakam Bichakhchyan was appointed as the head of the Passport and Visa Department on October 20, 2015, by the order of the Chief of Police of Armenia, Vladimir Gasparyan.
