Minister: We Do Not Rule Out Class and Public Event Cancellations
It is not ruled out that restrictions may be imposed on the holding of public events, and classes may once again be canceled. This was stated by Armenia's Minister of Health, Arsen Torosyan, during a recent conversation with journalists.
“The most important thing for the government is the health of the public, and that is why no political question will prevent the adoption of a decision to impose the aforementioned restrictions,” the minister said, adding that decisions will be made if necessary, and the public will be informed immediately.
It should be reminded that there have been 3 new cases of coronavirus infection in Armenia. “The situation has changed in the country, and if necessary, classes and public events will be canceled,” the minister emphasized.
