Armen Tavadyan Released from Detention
The Court of Appeals, presided over by Judge Alexander Azaryan, has decided to release Armen Tavadyan, the owner of the '5th Channel' TV station, from detention. His defense team had appealed against the decision to detain Tavadyan.
It is noteworthy that Armen Tavadyan is accused of bribing one of the victims in the 'March 1' case, in order to compel him to provide false testimony in court.
