OSCE to Conduct Observation in the Line of Contact Between Artsakh and Azerbaijan
According to an agreement reached with the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh, on March 4, the OSCE mission will conduct a planned observation of the ceasefire regime in the line of contact between Artsakh and Azerbaijan, in the northeastern direction of the Hadrut region. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.
The observation will be carried out by Mikhail Olaru, the field assistant to the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office (CIO), from Moldova, and Martin Schuster from the CIO office, from Germany. The authorities of the Republic of Artsakh have expressed their willingness to assist in the conduct of the observation and ensure the safety of the members of the OSCE mission.
