32-year-old Citizen Lost in 'Spitak Kar' Area; Search Ongoing Since Nighttime
On February 26, at 00:59, the National Crisis Management Center received information that a resident of the Hatzarat neighborhood in the town of Gavar, Gegharkunik Province, Bagrat M. (approximately 32 years old), left his home around 21:00 and has not returned.
The last contact with the citizen was made at 21:30, during which he informed that he was in the area known as 'Spitak Kar', adjacent to the community of Tsaghkashen.
A firefighting unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the specified address. Starting from 01:36, search operations were initiated together with police officers and local residents; however, due to the difficult terrain and darkness, the search efforts were temporarily suspended at 02:17.
