Three Days of Mourning Declared in Egypt Following Mubarak's Death
Egyptian authorities have declared three days of mourning starting February 26 in connection with the death of former president Hosni Mubarak. This was announced in a statement by the administration of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
"In connection with the death of former President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Mohammed Hosni Mubarak, a nationwide period of mourning will be observed throughout Egypt from Wednesday, February 26," stated the announcement by the administration representative Bassam Rady, posted on Facebook.
