Road Conditions as of 22:35
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of 22:35 on February 19, there are closed and difficult-to-pass roads in the territory of Armenia.
The roads leading to Amberd Fortress and Kari Lake in the Aragatsotn Province will remain closed indefinitely.
On the Sotk-Karvachar and in the Syunik Province, there are patches of black ice on the roads.
The Vardenyats Pass is closed for cargo trucks with trailers, while other vehicles can pass with difficulty.
In the Vayots Dzor Province, in the city of Jermuk, there is snow in the areas known as Saravan-Zanger and Meghri Mount.
In the Saravan-Zanger section, visibility is limited to 10-15 meters due to fog.
Regarding the Lars situation, according to the information received from the Emergency Management Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia's North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
Furthermore, the Russian side reports that there are 247 trucks accumulated on their side.
