The US is trying to divide the Iranian government and its people. This was stated by the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, on February 18, ahead of the parliamentary elections taking place this weekend.
“You can see the propaganda of the Americans, how they want to separate the Islamic system from the people. They are constantly engaged in this,” Khamenei said.
