“Educational Institutions Will Not Be Involved in Political Processes,” Says Minister of Education
One media outlet has reported today that an election campaign has allegedly begun in schools ahead of the referendum, taking place within the walls of schools. This was stated by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Araik Harutyunyan on his Facebook page.
“✅ The media should at least have asked representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, and unexpectedly, it would have been clarified that the Central Electoral Commission is conducting training and assessments for members of the electoral commissions. The list is attached below. ✅ To disappoint the former ruling owner of the media outlet, just like in the previous two elections, educational institutions will not be involved in political processes now or in the future,” wrote Araik Harutyunyan.
