Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent congratulatory messages to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hassan Rouhani, and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Seyyed Ali Khamenei on the occasion of the 41st anniversary of the Islamic Revolution victory.
