He Is Fit for Service: Defense Ministry Spokesperson Makes a Statement
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, made a statement on his Facebook page.
“There is a material circulating on the internet regarding the length of a soldier's legs. Dear friends, I understand that we often approach matters emotionally; if our child has a problem according to us, then everyone else is wrong. However, we should not doubt the relevant specialists of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia. The Central Medical Commission recognized this serviceman as fit for service fully in accordance with the law. According to the decision 404-N of the Government of Armenia dated April 13, 2018, he is fit for service under Article 43g. I urge everyone to refrain from disseminating unfounded information and tarnishing the reputation of the Armed Forces of Armenia,” the spokesperson wrote.
