Larsi is Closed for All Types of Vehicles
According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Management Department and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia's North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is closed for all types of vehicles.
Furthermore, the information from the Russian side indicates that there are 450 trucks stranded on the Russian side.
