During the announcements hour in the National Assembly, Deputy Speaker Alen Simonyan addressed Anna Kostanyan, a member of the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction, stating: 'When our colleagues were arguing, I am sure that argument would pass, at least one of your colleagues was sitting there smirking, delighted that two deputies were insulting each other and then came here missing Ashotyan; I advise him to look for Ashotyan in the mirror, I am sure he will find him.'

It should be noted that today in the parliament, Geyorg Gorgisyan, a deputy from the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction, had commented after the speech of Suren Grigoryan from the 'My Step' faction: 'When Mr. Suren Grigoryan was speaking, I wanted to say: Mr. Ashotyan, did you come here to do what? It feels like literally the same speeches, with the same tone, and this self-admiring approach.'
